Young plaintiffs seek stay of EPA endangerment repeal 

Eighteen plaintiffs have asked a federal appeals court to pause the US Environmental Protection Agency’s repeal of the 2009 endangerment finding, arguing the rollback will cause irreversible harm to their health, constitutional rights and religious practices.
