19 states seek to join lawsuit over Pentagon wind review freeze

Attorneys general from 19 states have moved to intervene in a lawsuit challenging the US Department of Defense’s alleged freeze on reviews of onshore wind projects, arguing the policy is unlawfully delaying renewable energy development, threatening jobs and investment, and undermining state clean energy targets.
